We wanted to remove a fitted wardrobe, replace the carpet with laminate flooring and re-decorate the master bedroom in our new home. It turned out to be a bigger job than we anticipated. The sliding doors wardrobe had obviously been fitted by a ‘handyman’ and removing it exposed badly placed heating pipework. Pipes had to be re-fitted below the floor, and walls and ceiling re-plastered where damaged before any decorating could take place. Frankie excels as a Project Manager, bringing in other trades where necessary to complement his own work without delaying the progress of the project unnecessarily. Everyone who worked in the house was polite, friendly, helpful and professional. They worked to a high standard without wasting time and tidied up thoroughly when they left. Before the bedroom was completed, a leak elsewhere in the house led to water damage to two downstairs rooms. Frankie was able to assess the damage and agreed to undertake the necessary works once the areas had dried out. This work is now ongoing and we have further projects planned which we hope Frankie will also undertake.

Frankie and his team carried out some structural jobs which required steel beam installations , after walls had been removed . Some windows were replaced along with a kitchen , some radiators, flooring , plastering and electrics as per building regulations . Communication was good and Frankie was always willing to take note of the customers ( me ) wishes . We are very happy with the work carried out and found it a positive experience thanks to Frankie and all the other trades .

Everything was done exactly as we wanted it. Excellent workmanship finished to a high standard. Frankie is great to deal with if there were any issues with the kitchen suppliers, Frankie death with it straight away. The work was completed within the time promised there was always someone there early in the morning to start work. This is an extremely professional company and I can't recommend Precision Installs highly enough.
